An Industrial Community Development Project NGO dedicated to creating opportunities for Cameroon's most vulnerable youth.
GAMENCAM was founded by a group of community leaders who saw a painful gap: orphaned and vulnerable young people with potential, but no pathway to skills or employment. Too many were falling into poverty, crime, or despair simply because they had no family network to support them.
We started small: a single workshop, a handful of students. We grew because the results spoke for themselves. Today, GAMENCAM operates multiple vocational training tracks and a residential orphanage, serving hundreds of youth across Cameroon each year.

A Cameroon where every young person, regardless of background, has access to dignified work and the skills to build a self-sufficient life.
To empower orphans and vulnerable youth through practical vocational training and holistic care, fostering self-reliance, community development, and lasting economic opportunity.
Every decision we make is rooted in genuine care for the children and youth we serve.
We believe in giving people tools, not handouts. Skills that create lasting independence.
Lasting change happens when families, businesses, and institutions work together.
We operate with full transparency and accountability to our donors and beneficiaries.
Dedicated professionals driving GAMENCAM's mission forward.
